_ To qualify for a refund you must contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
_ We will then email you a returns form which you should complete and return with your purchase- the returns address can be found on the form.
_ Your order must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
_ Your refund will be credited to the original payment card. We will not make refunds to a third party.
_ Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on postage.

Extra care must be taken when trying on swimwear, please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie as we will not accept returns on briefs that have been worn or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.”
_ We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
